James was helpful, reliable and very courteous to deal with. He was quick to give me the quote I had asked for and very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I had had. He did a great job, also pointing out any problem areas around my Mums bungalow which needed some attention. The quality of his work was brilliant and myself and my Mum were very happy at what a great job he has done. I can’t fault his work and will most definitely use him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to any body else. Thank you James.

As our property suffers badly with moss on roof clogging up gutters and down pipe we had Java out for our annual clean. We had never had the facias and soffits cleaned before and they really needed cleaning so had them done as well.
