  2. Floss everyday or use interdental brushes – removes the plaque stuck in between the teeth and under the gum line.

  3. Do not smoke – Smoking is a leading cause of aggressive gum disease.

  4. See a professional hygienist – For an unbeatable professional clean to remove all the plaque, even in the hard to reach areas.

  5. Control any and all non-dental conditions, especially diabetes and heart disease – Uncontrolled diabetes and heart disease is linked with gum disease.
