Our very first SUMMER WINE TASTING is taking place on FRIDAY 4th JUNE 2010, 6pm - 8pm at THE THREE SWANS HOTEL, MARKET HARBOROUGH... and there's still time to be part of it. Familiar faces will include the hugely popular, Phil 'Bomber' Harris (the Italian Stallion) and Danny Cameron (Portuguese wine wizard). This Summer, for the first time we're also delighted to introduce Stewart from ABS (wowing you with wines from Rioja, Germany and the New World) and Andrew from McKinley Vintners (supplier of our best-selling Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand).

BROKER'S GIN TRIUMPHS AT THE ULTIMATE BEVERAGE CHALLENGE!
Broker's Gin has trumped Tanqueray, Beefeater, Plymouth and Hendrick's to take the Chairman's Trophy in New York's Ultimate Spirit Challenge 2010. WHITE WINE
GARGANEGA, VINEA VINI: Best known for producing Soave, the Garganega grape gives intense aromas of almond blossom, orange zest and vanilla and develops on the palate with ripe fruit and mineral notes.
RED WINE
CORVINA, VINEA VINI: Corvina is the principal grape variety used in the production of Valpolicella and this full bodied wine from the Veneto area shows classic aromas of cherries and red berries with hints of vanilla and cinammon from oak ageing.
