On the 2nd October Rainbows will hold their very first Rainbows Parivaar dinner, sponsored by the Leicestershire Asian Business Association (LABA). Says Patricia Brooks, Director of Fundraising at Rainbows, “this is an incredibly important event for us as we strive to connect to the Asian community and make them aware of what Rainbows does and the support and care we offer to life limited children and adults, and their families.”
The event will be held at the Porsche Centre in Thurmaston, Leicester and will start at 7.30pm. “This event will provide some excellent networking opportunities as well as food and entertainment. We’ll hear from one of the Asian families who use our services and we’ll be there to answer any questions and provide any further information that is required,” adds Patricia.
Significant help and assistance has already been offered by organisations and companies in order to make this event possible, however, several sponsorship opportunities remain available. “We’re delighted that LABA have supported us,” says Patricia. “Their help will make a real difference in terms of helping to spread awareness within the Asian business community and we look forward to welcoming them on the night.”

We are confident that this will be the start of a long association for us in supporting the sterling work done by staff, volunteers and parents of these life limited children and young adults. Ticket prices are £35.00 per person with tables of 8 being offered at £250.00.
