This is the sight that would have greeted you if you were out in Market Harborough on Friday. This is the true spirit of the famous late night Christmas shopping event so many of the retailers joined in the fun of the 1940s theme. My favourite has to be The Angel Hotel with their interpretation of “Allo Allo” with Kevin as Renee (lol) love the moustache.
The whole town was buzzing as around 10,000 visitors graced our streets and shops. The atmosphere was really magical and everyone looked to be having fun. Many of the charity stalls reported great returns as they get to promote themselves at this great event for them. With almost 90 Christmas trees adorning the shops and buildings in Market Harborough town centre it was picture postcard time until the rain came in at the end of the night.
