The Chef/Owner Sean Hope, from The Red Lion Inn, Stathern - is to star in an episode of ITV's 'Real Cooks', to be televised on ITV at 8.00pm on Monday the 22nd of September. This new prime-time cookery programme will show Sean visiting a member of the public to taste a dish they have prepared and then returning to the pub to produce his own interpretation of that dish. Sean was particularly challenged by the home cook who produced some Caribbean dishes, but as usual Sean was inspired and created some outstanding dishes, he even managed to use local ingredients! To taste the dishes head to the Red Lion where Eddie and Sean will be featuring the dishes on the menu throughout September.
