Protesters are still fighting plans, which allow a mobile phone mast to be erectedon Grange Drive, Melton Mowbray. Contractors arrived last Tuesday, but then drove away again once being met by protestors.
Residents have occupied the site for more than a year, claiming it is too close to houses and a school.
