Just a short drive out of Central Milton Keynes into the delightful village of Great Linford and you will find the following attractions at Linford Manor Park:
- Linford Manor, built in 1678 by the Lord Mayor of London, Sir William Pritchard, as his country seat
- The remains of four descending water gardens in front of the Manor, now tranquil ponds offering a lovely setting for a picnic
- The 13th century church of St Andrew’s with its medieval timber roof and carvings
- The community arts centre Artworks, housed in original alms-houses and offering a programme of events, courses and exhibitions throughout the year
- Linford Manor Park with its network of paths leading up to the Grand Union Canal and the Railway Walk
- Every year in June Linford Manor Park hosts the enormously popular Waterside Festival
