On 21 to 24 September, 2018, Milton Keynes will proudly host its second ever lit fest, a fabulous festival of books, words, writers and ideas. As part of that festival come enjoy a full line-up of storytelling and spoken word performance. Wordsmiths like Manchester’s own Shonaleigh, tellers from Northampton’s Storytelling at the Feast of Fools and Stony Stratford’s Terrie Howey will gather together to teach and tell, each from their own tradition of oral storytelling.
What a great month February has been for thebestof Milton Keynes. Some really great businesses have been uncovered and we are really excited that we can showcase these businesses to you and hopefully make the connection you need to finally find the right person for the jobs you need doing, the service you need providing or the product you’ve been looking for.
Whenever I leave the city and someone asks 'Where are you from?' or 'Where do you work?' and I reply Milton Keynes, I either get 'Ahh concrete cows eh.' or 'I hate those round-abouts' but never anything good.
Are you stuck for things to do in Milton Keynes this September?
