Better Housing Better Health (BHBH) is a not-for-profit service run by the National Energy Foundation.
Better Housing Better Health (BHBH) is a not-for-profit service run by the National Energy Foundation, working to help residents living in or at risk of living in fuel poverty to access advice and support, helping improve the energy efficiency of their property to help keep them warm and well.
Residents who call the free to use helpline can have their needs assessed over the phone and, where eligible, can be referred for: free impartial advice; free home energy visits; grants and funding for energy efficiency measures such as insulation or new heating systems and access to other support services.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays
