It’s only a few weeks away, the team of volunteers are working their socks off to bring you the best festival ever. Here’s the main stage, Blestium Street line up.

 

Friday 26th July - Folk and Ska

Caldicot band Rusty Shackle, with their hip folk style , say they are thrilled to be opening the festival, they are in the process of recording their first album and hoping to have it complete by the summer.

Headlining are Welsh band, 2 Rude, a 7 piece line up, passionate about all things ska and two tone who will have you dancing and singing along to a stunning set.

Saturday 27th July -  Rock

Hail Bales a local rockabilly band who went down a storm at the Edinburgh Festival last year.

Tenors of Rock headline a welcome return to  Monmouth having supported Rhydian in April. 

Sunday 28th July -Tribute

Sugar Mama, coming from just over the border deliver a distinctive flavour of the Rolling Stones.

Prepared to be amazed as Oasis UK, praised by no less than Liam himself as being very authentic, deliver a blinding Oasis set, complete with projections.

Monday 29th July New  Band night

Our Tomorrow

Blackwood rock band energetic and one to watch destined for success.

Peasant’s King

Rising stars, South Wales band think Mumford and Sons meets Kings of Leon meets Elbow, not to be missed.

Young Kato

Young indie rock band, did you catch them on Made in Chelsea? Currently storming up the i-tunes chart

 

 

 

Tuesday July 30th - Soul

Never Can Tell

Never Can Tell are a four piece band from Wales who delight all ages of audience with their cleverly recrafted versions of classics from the likes of Chuck berry and The Beatles.

 

Big Macs Wholly Soul band

Big, brassy.soul music at its finest. Stax, Motown all the classics, the real deal all the way from South Wales. Big Mac's 10 piece band play soul like their lives depend on it!

Wednesday July 31st -Country

Too Rock for Country

Local Lydney  band get the country evening off to a fine thigh slapping start,

Ridgeway Country

Huge following and a chance to see the cream of the country crop. All live, no backing tracks!

 

Thursday August 1st Folk

Lisbee Stainton

English singer songwriter folk acoustic playing 8 string guitar currently wowing audiences across the UK. Not to be missed , her voice will send shivers down your spine, in the nicest way!

Keith Thompson and band

Very popular for his distinctive brand of blues and rock, this is music with depth that inspires the soul.

 

Friday August 2nd – The 60s

Jodie Marie

This Pembrokeshire songstress is a firm favourite with BBC Radio 2.  Comparisons to Janis Joplin & Adele are inevitable, but she's a rising star in her own right.

The Troggs

Wild thing and Love is all around, just two of the massive hits from British 60s band the Troggs. Get ready to party!

 

Saturday August 3rd- 70s with a touch of 40s glamour

Siren Sisters

Gorgeous welsh  female singers delivering  the glamour and sound of the 40s.

Eric Faulkner’s Bay City Rollers

Eric Faulkner, brings his band to Monmouth recreating the BCR string of hits from the 70s, don’t forget your scarves!
