David has worked on luxury cruise liners travelling the four corners of the world, to London west end 4 star hotels and fine dining country house hotels. His experienced gained at Bontduu House Hotel (2 Rosettes), Sir Christopher Wrens Hotel Windsor as executive chef and many more established fine dining restaurants, have laid the foundation to give the Kingfisher Inn a reputation as one of the best fine dining restaurants in the Neath and Swansea Valley area. David’s expertise in the kitchen is complimented by Elspeth, whose 30 years of experience at the front of house makes the atmosphere of the bar and restaurant so welcoming with her warm and friendly personality.
