The Glamorgan is Neath's premier health and fitness club. Opened in 2001 by Lyn Davies, The Glamorgan has been providing quality leisure facilities to the residents of Neath and Swansea. The Glamorgan is not just a health and fitness club. It combines many leisure activities all in one centre. It has oustanding raquet facilities, pools, saunas and a multipurpose hall.
At The Glamorgan, the highly trained staff are committed to your health and wellbeing. That is why when you join the club you have your own personal fitness instructor for three introductory sessions. All health and fitness advice is suited to your individual needs and requirements. Our instructors devise and support you in your own training programme and monitor your progress as set out in your goals and aims.
