Gruff scoops full time regional contract after being part of successful coaching set up at Neath Rugby.
Neath Rugby regret to announce that Gruff Rees will be leaving the Welsh All Blacks ahead of the 2008/09 season.
Rees, a former Glamorgan Wanderers Coach joined Neath Rugby as Assistant Coach in 2006 and, along with Rowland Phillips, has guided the boys in black to back to back Principality league wins and a Konica cup victory.
Since being appointed backs coach at Neath the 32 year old has been Skills coach with the Ospreys Academy while also being involved as assistant coach for Wales U18, U19 and Wales 7's over the past three seasons.
The recent appointment of Andrew Hore as Elite Performance Director at the Ospreys has seen him promote Gruff as full time skills coach at the region which will grant the former Neath man greater influence across the development pathway in the region.
