Yes Halloween is around the corner.....or at the end of the month.
Not really my type of thing but the kids love it - being both scared and scarey. When I was younger I enjoyed the Pan Book of Horror Stories, hid behind the sofa when Doctor Who was besieged by green maggots and later when Nightmare on Elm Street came out on video. Unrelenting horror can crystallise the blood!
I suggest if your children want to participate then it is worth looking at The White Post Farm Centre for some honest Halloween fun
