Sous Chef – Required supporting the Head Chef within this bistro style restaurant. Producing a fresh seasonal menu which is all produced from scratch. Working 4 on then 3 off you will be flexible with a good solid work ethic. Team player who is a good all rounder who can communicate at all levels.
Cleaner – 1 month fixed term contract, location is on the outskirts of Newark so own transport is essential. You will be required to carry out general cleaning duties to include hovering, dusting, cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms. Washing down of paint work and windows. Attention to detail and high standards are essential.
Business Support Assistant – Temporary 8 week assignment for an administrator to support managers and business support staff. Daily duties involve customer service, dealing with complaints, holiday records, report generation and general admin. The ideal candidate will be a good solid communicator who can converse at all levels. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows is essential. Enhanced CRB is required.
