Katie, Dan and the Wheatsheaf team (at Dry Doddington) are at the Earls Court, Restaurant Show 2010 on Monday.
This is a great place for the guys to pick up new succulent, foodie ideas to blow Lincolnshire and Newark away. Eyes, ears and tastebuds will feast on new and exciting products which Dan intends to bring back to his kitchen at Dry Doddington. I'm lunching at the pub November 5 so am looking forward to experiencing some of the results of this venture from our very talented young chef.
As far as I understand it on Saturday night the team will be celebrating their inclusion in the Michelin pub guide at Galvin at The Windows. Great views, great food.
