The Full Moon, recently refurbished and looking fab, caters for both toddlers and parents. Will and Rebecca really have done a great job in turning this pub in to a family pub whilst still making it a special place to visit if you don't have children or want to make it a romantic date for two.
So for all you tired mums (and dads) out there this is just a great pub to go along to on a Monday at 11.00. You can get a special lunch from £4, coffee and cakes and a chance to chat to other mums whilst the kids are amused.
The kids get a cupboard full of toys, a large enclosed outside wooden play fort, a chance to play with others their own age, 50p for home cooked baby puree and £2.50 for a home cooked children's lunch.
Toddle time is held in the pubs Morton Room, complete with comfy chairs, great coffee and a cupboard full of toys. There is also a wide screen TV with full access to C Beebies for those tired children wanting to relax.
This is a super pub, catering on a Monday for both tired mums and tired children, or mums wanting to chill and chat and kids wanting to race around.
The Full Moon, big flavour and no thrills, really is one of the best pubs around.
