My new Bikini
Later today I’ve a trip to the beach
But I can’t find my costume; it’s not within reach,
I’ll just have to buy one, I whizz to the store,
And I buy a bikini, the one by the door,
It IS rather small; quite a tiny bikini,
With lovely thin strings just like pink fettucini,
I dive in the beach hut; now time to undress,
I take off my knickers, my tatty grey vest,
I open the bag with my brand new bikini,
It’s suddenly smaller; it’s looking quite teeny,
I undo the strings and I lay on the floor,
I pull and I push and I pull a bit more,
I lift up my bottom to minimise drop,
My tummy’s now hanging right over the top,
When I push it back in; it’s indeed very plain,
That my bottom has dropped out the back once again,
I exit the beach hut, I feel so exposed,
I feel like I’ve come out just wearing no clothes,
A lesson’s been learned, yes of that I’m quite sure,
Some swimwear is better, when left in the store...
