After becoming sick of the sights and unfortunate smells of the drunken revellers who can't or won't quite make it to the appropriate facilities in time on a night out in Newmarket, a local Councillor has put in a plea to stop the pee from desecrating our town centre.
Cllr Shirley Crickmere has renewed a bid to put Portaloos in the high street in Newmarket to relieve the tension and those needing to spend a penny!
Joking aside, it is a health hazard and very unpleasant, and research has shown that it is not just the men taking to the streets to go about their business. Local clubs and pubs have been approached to ask if they would assist in the hefty price tag to get these in place, but as yet to no avail.
Some people just really know how pee off the locals!
