It’s a sign of the times to see many out of work, under qualified and struggling with the basics, often through no fault of their own.
Bury St Edmunds based charity, Workwise is teaming up with Reed in Partnership in a bid to help combat these issues with practical assistance and a potential light at the end of the tunnel.
The help will come by way of an 8 week course to help give people in Newmarket and the surrounding area the tools to further their education, gain opportunities in voluntary work and ultimately get employment. The programme will be looking to work with families who have long standing issues with education and unemployment, which has come to a head and a point of seemingly no return.
