With an imminent heat wave, there is a real buzz this summer for the festivities of the trusty village fete, and this weekend you are in luck!
Worlington Cricket Club are the hosts, offering a completely traditional village fete with local beers, cream teas, BBQ and tasting sessions.
Once you have had your fill, there are old fashioned and traditional sports form the wet sponge to the slippery pole for those up for a giggle, and for the more competitive clay pigeon shooting. If you are feeling really adventurous, there is even zorbing!
As ever it will be fun for all the family, with classic cars, bouncy castles and activities for the tiny ones on offer, a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
