Newmarket training ranks are set to receive aboost as Hugo Palmer purchases the newly refurbished Kremlin Stud Stables, advertised for £1.5 million.
The 29 year old former assistant to Hughie Morrison returns from Australia, where he worked with renowned handler, Gai Waterhouse to start his own training career at the 41 box facility.
If all goes well, the stud already has planning permission for a further 27 stables to be built, along with a trainer's house.
