As we all know, Cambridge is a hub of forward-thinking new ideas and cultural debate, and so to celebrate this, a festival has been born!
The Festival of Ideas 2011 is welcoming speakers from around the world, celebrity authors, and wise academics for you to listen to and enjoy! Your ideas are welcomed to encourage debate and challenges, or maybe just to share and validate, or maybe you are just looking for something to give you inspiration or the hump of the week?
This Wednesday 19th October is the date for the diary, and with topics as wide-ranging as food to television, news and international diversity, you will be hard pressed to find little to lift the imagination!
There will be different activities across the city to celebrate these expansions of the mind, so make sure you check out The Festival of Ideas for more information on how to get involved.
