Businesses across Newmarket and the surrounding areas have showed their support for the Cambridge Cycle Challenge this week.
The Challenge which runs across the whole region urges local businesses and commuters to swap their cars for bicycles this Summer and discover the joys of cycling.
Newmarket companies are hoping to become top of the table over the coming months and beat their local rivals such as Cambridge and Oxford.
The competition is free to enter and to qualify you only need to cycle anywhere for 10 minutes a day.
Cyclists can log their cycling online and view breakdowns of how far they have cycled, how many calories they have burned and how much CO2 they have saved from being released into the environment.
The Challenge offers prizes for top individuals and also team prizes for businesses within Newmarket who managed to get the most employees on their bikes.
