It might not seem the obvious choice of exercise and entertainment for your tiny ones, but Yoga has proved to be a fantastic relaxation technique to relieve stress for both Mummy and Baby!
It is also a great way to tone up if you haven’t quite yet found the get-up and go to venture back into the realm of the muscle mary…i.e. the gym! Williams explains, “These sessions are great for all abilities and strengths and will help people with walking, climbing stairs and keeping their independence.”
The classes are £3 and are held on Friday mornings at Exning's church village hall from 11:00am. There's no need to book - just turn up on the day!
