Brave young singers from St Felix Middle School in Newmarket took to the stage at London's presitigous Royal Albert Hall this week for a charity concert.
Organised to help raise money for children's charity Barnardo's, the Young Supporters Concert helped raise over £45,000 for the charity and featured singing from over 1,000 school kids from across the UK.
The St Felix Middle School pupils performed 12 songs to a packed crowd at the Hall, wowing the audience with their apparent lack of stage fright.
Tracey Botwright, head of music at St Felix, commented: “Although it was pretty daunting to perform in front of such a big audience, they appreciated just how exciting the experience was.”
“They all had a great amount of support and, as a school, we were all very proud of their efforts.”
