Superb, inspirational and highly professional are just three small words that describe BGM Fitness and the team. As a full member since 2005 I cannot recommend the place highly enough.
The physical facilities are excellent as the studio floor for classes and the RPM studio (spinning room) are spacious and airy. The gym has brand new, up to date cardio and strength training equipment and the whole premises is always spotless and well maintained.
But it is the team / instructors who truly make BGM Fitness the only place to be. All, without exception, are highly trained and professional but very approachable, friendly and courteous. A Truly inspirational team who get the best from you because they show a genuine interest in their clients. Achieve your best and go beyond it a BGM Fitness!

I have been a member of BGM Fitness for a few years now and find it a great place to work out and meet new people. The facilities are excellent and the staff very friendly.
All of the fitness instructors are excellent and help and advise when you need it.
I would recommend BGM to anyone who is considering joining a gym, as this place gives you so much choice.

Since moving to belfast for studies, I have found it hard to find a gym that have such high quality les mills classes. Clare is the best class instructor I have ever come accross and probly ever will. All the staff are very friendly and even though the gym is small it has everything you could need

I thought I would never lose weight then a friend reccommended I Join BGM Fitness. Hard work and the encouragement I got from the all staff made a difference to me straight away. I have more energy and am motivated. I signed up for the gym and classes package at a very reasonable price. The expert and excellently trained team Barry, Clare, Gary, Ciaran, Laura, Martin, Rodney, Gareth, Mary, Paula and Sian provide a professional, friendly and encouraging service. The Les Mills programmes they offer are brilliant. I am now doing their Bedazzle By Christmas Fitness and weight loss plan keeping focused on feeling and looking better - The are true to their logo: "Always the original Definitley the Best"

BGM, in my opinion is the best gym in Newry. It has a fully equipped gymnasium, an RPM room and a studio for classes such as Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Combat etc. The staff are very professional and highly trained, but also very friendly and are excellent at what they do. Itʼs not a gym you would feel uneasy going into, everyone is made to feel welcome.
