Both Geraldine Kilcoyne and Geraldine McAleenan are  fully qualified in all aspects of personal training - At Sculpt there is a private studio with a discreet entrance for this facility.

Sculpt provides a range of unisex  fitness classes in a spacious air-cooled studio with limited class numbers specifically for your comfort.

Fitness Classes include the following LES MILLS Programmes:

Coming soon to Sculpt Fitness Centre is the latest fitness craze for all new mums in the Newry and Mourne area - Pushy Mothers Buggy Workout.

This is a unique buggy workout  with no childcare worries, you take baby and buggy with you!
