I was first introduced to sculpt by my work mates and since then i have continued to go to sculpt. I find the staff very welcoming,friendly and helpful. i was struggling for a while with weight gained from me having my baby and i have now got my body back to my post baby shape with the fantastic help from the instructers at sculpt,sometimes people are afraid to go to a keep fit class because they are embarassed by their shape but you dont feel like that at sculpt, as well as getten your body workout you are having fun too. i would strongly suggest this fitness center to anyone. if you want noticeable results go to sculpt. I go to regular classes in sculpt, the staff are really friendly and are always there if you need them. The instructors are very motivating and they really give their all in classes and encourage people to work harder to get the best from their class! Give it a go you wonʼt be disappointed!!

I have met with the staff of Sculpt and had a tour of their premises. They are totally dedicated to providing a top quality professional and personal service to all those wishing to get more out their lives by becoming fitter and healthier. The staff at Sculpt will definitely help them on their way!
