So we say goodbye to Ratz restaurant as the owner disappears with only a text message to his staff to say goodbye - and by the way, you've lost your job!
Yes, it's true. Ralph McNally, owner of Ratz, has closed his doors after 10 years and isn't to be found.
And the staff of the restaurant only found out that it was all over when they received a text telling them he wasn't going to carry on in business.
It's no way to treat staff. But I thought it would be interesting to see how you would like to be told your job was over. By text, perhaps? Or would you prefer a bunch of flowers from Floral Design and a note wishing you a happy life instead?
What is the best way to be told that you've lost your job?
