The improved Scunthorpe Ridgeway provides a continuous traffic free walking and cycling from the North to the South of the town. This route is perfect for all members of the family. The route connects the North Western areas Crosby and Hempdykes to Riddings, via Westcliffe. The new network of routes provides pleasant walking and cycling facilities across the Trent Valley to schools and colleges, making everyday journeys around the area by bike and foot safer, quicker and easier.
