My first visit to The Mipur for an indian in Northampton as recommended by Thebestof, and wow what a meal.
The food was as authentic as any I have tasted locally and the chefs are very happy to prepare food as you like it.
I was very impressed when I asked about the Kitchens, and I was invited in immediatley to have a look around. There is a real sense of confidence when a restaurant is happy to do this without first warning the kitchen staff.
Hatik, the owner of The Mirpur told me that often clients will go into the kitchen and help prepare their naan bread in the clay oven!
We have all seen and read about the horror stories of restaurant kitchens, well I can assure you, you will not have any doubts here, as you can see for your self!
