This week on the BBC's Inside Out programme, David Whiteley goes on a week long course in Norfolk to learn how to build houses from mud!
Cob building is a very ancient technique using materials dug from the ground of the building site. This is a very green method of building as it reduces transport costs and uses very little energy in it's construction.
Walls are heavily insulated with highly efficient natural materials and are strong enough to withstand earthquakes.
To find out more, watch INSIDE OUT NOVEMBER 30th at 7.30pm on BBC1 EAST.
The programme will also be looking at pills that mimic illegal drugs being sold openly on the high street and will be investigated the somewhat rocky relationship between cyclists and drivers.
