First off, there’s the obvious one – flowers.

Our local Norwich florists can deliver flowers and gifts anywhere in the UK or abroad.  Take a look at their website and order your flowers online or, if you’re stuck, just give them a ring. If you order before 3pm they can arrange same day delivery in the UK.

Flowers are the traditional Valentine’s Day gift but other ideas include:

Restaurants – our restaurant guide features a select choice of restaurants ranging from thai restaurants to English Restaurants, some in central Norwich and some on the outskirts of Norwich, but worth the short drive. They have all been checked out by us and come recommended.

Jewellers – Sonkai Jewellers in Exchange Street, opposite Jarrolds, have an on-site goldsmith and offer not only a selection of very reasonably priced jewellery but can also make bespoke jewellery as a Valentine’s Gift that your loved one will love. I am wearing one of their bespoke rings as I type and adore it. The price will also delight you – so don’t be scared to go for bespoke. If you’re worried about ring sizes, they can make up the ring and re-size it once it is being worn.

Hotels – Some of the restaurants mentioned above are based in hotels – why not make the most of the evening and book a night in the hotel. With hotel rooms on our mind, we haven’t yet found a good lingerie provider in Norwich – if you find one that you can recommend, please let us know.
