You will need to fill out an application form which asks questions about you, your products and their unique selling points.
The closing date for entries is 20th February 2011.
You can either print of a form and hand in to one of the Ask Me Points in The Mall Norwich or email a completed entry form.
Your application form will then be reviewed for your innovativeness, commerciality and relevance of your product to the local market.
If you are successful, you will be asked to come in and trade for free for 2 weeks to prove your product sells. You will be assigned a two week slot between 28th February and 10th April 2011.
After this period your sales figures and other criteria will be judged against other local winners by a panel of experts and the most successful business will be chosen as the overall winner.
The winner will be chosen the week commencing 18th April 2011.
The free trading period will begin on the 2nd May 2011.
