I am currently a Regional Attraction Specialist for Equal Approach. Currently Equal Approach are working in partnership with Remploy and the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation on a programme called Mentoring for Success. We are looking for volunteers to be trained as Mentors/Befrienders to support disadvantaged individuals made redundant from Remploy factories including the factory in Norwich. My role is to source potential Mentors.
