Topping the bill is Matt Bragg a master of delivery, with timing that keeps you hanging on the edge and then on the edge again. His dry humour and subtle anecdotes leave the audience listening intently wanting more of the cool, calm, and collected comedian. The son of television warm-up man Bobby Bragg, Matt has been performing stand-up all over the country at some of the largest clubs in the UK, doing warm-up shows with Ricky Gervais and supporting Harry Hill.
Opening the night will be the intelligent and likeable Nick Doody who whilst still a student, supported Bill Hicks on his final tour of the UK, on Bill’s request. Very popular on the comedy circuit he also writes for many popular TV comedy shows including 8 Out Of Ten Cats, Have I Got News For You, Rude Tube and for a variety of guests on Mock the Week. His perceptive wit and sharp retorts are delivered with mesmerizing warmth.
Completing the line-up is the affable and laid-back Joseph Emslie, with his clever wordplay.
Compere for the night will be the appealing Carl Jones, who has a natural ability of telling humorous stories, which draw in the entire crowd.
