Thank you for your sensitive and professional direction of my sister's funeral last Friday. That you were able to accommodate family wishes to be pall bearers was much appreciated. Although a sad occasion in the circumstances, we felt it went as well as it possible could have done. We were blessed with the weather and the appearance of a rainbow could not have been more perfectly timed!

Ken Drew and his family were so kind and caring when Mum died and we left her body in their care until her cremation. They worked with us as a family to organise the funeral we wanted for Mum - it was a perfect celebration of her life. Thank you.

Somehow one finds the right people at the right time .... and to organise Ma's funeral with the comfort of the Aga, a cup of tea and understanding people is more than anyone could ask at such a time. All also went perfectly and as planned. We are all grateful and so pleased that it honoured who Phyl was with dignity and love.
