Spring Forward, Fall Back – this is the easiest way to remember which direction to change your clocks.
On Sunday March 26th at 1am the UK swaps to British Summer Time and this means that you will need to put your clocks forward one hour.
You may have noticed in the past that your mobile phones and tablets change automatically but it's definitely worth checking just to make sure.
The only bad news is that the mornings will be darker for a short time and you will get 60 minutes less time in bed!
So when do the clocks go back again? If you can’t wait for the return of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and those dark, winter nights, this year the clocks go back at 2am on Sunday 29th October.
