At The Oldham Flower Festival there will be performances by children’s favourite TV gardener Mr Bloom at: 12 noon, 1pm, and 2pm. Flower arranging demonstrations by the Council’s parks department, with the chance to win the displays at the end of each session and children’s planting activities throughout the day. Plus a whole lot more!!!
