Throughout November 2011 Ormskirk solicitors Dickinson Parker Hill carried out a Charity Will Month to raise funds for the Alder Hey Children's Hospital Imagine Appeal.
Clients were able to make a straightforward will, and rather than paying Dickinson Parker Hill they were asked to make a donation to the Imagine Appeal. The recommended minimum donation for a straightforward single will was £50 and for straightforward mirror will it was £100; the total raised to date has been £11,560, which shows how well people responded to the appeal, not to mention how much of a great effort was made by the team at Dickinson Parker Hill.
Imagine Appeal is a local charity, run from Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool, and many local people and their children have been helped enormously by the treatment and care offered by the staff at Alder Hey. The money raised during the Charity Will Month will enable the charity to keep up the great work it does in serving the local communities.
