A new housing proposal was added to Shropshire Council's SAMDev plan, located along Weston Lane.
The area, designated OSW067sd, is for 67 dwellings and was being proposed by the landowner.
One issue to be dealt with is Heritage. It would appear the area is noted for some archaeological earthworks requiring assessment prior to any application.
It appears that the proposal hasn't gone forward...
