Cash flow problems are responsible for causing 70% of businesses to fail within their first year. In 2010, over 16,000 companies in England and Wales went into liquidation and in addition, there were a further 5,000 other corporate insolvencies.
Local law firm Lanyon Bowdler, incorporating LG Solicitors is responding to this by holding a free seminar which will provide businesses with an overview of best practice, and the steps to take to implement a better system in order to reduce the chances of bad debt.
