Helping Oswestry’s business community get fit for the future is the key theme of a flagship Expo event coming to Oswestry in October. Jointly organised by Oswestry and Shropshire Chambers of Commerce, Oswestry Vision – connecting excellence will be held on Thursday 22nd October at Lion Quays Hotel and Spa from 8am to 1pm.
Paul Forrest, Head Economist at the West Midlands Economic Forum, will be the keynote speaker at the Expo’s networking breakfast. He will provide expert insight into the technological and societal drivers set to deliver major growth opportunities for business right across Oswestry and the wider border region.
In a first for Shropshire, the world class Barclays Digital Eagles team will host hourly sessions on the advanced tools and technologies already available to make business more efficient and effective, with hands-on sessions in the Expo’s Digital Den. Entry to the Expo and Digital Eagles sessions are free and open to anyone on a drop in basis. Digital Eagles sessions will take place on the hour from 10 – 1pm.

The Oswestry Vision – connecting excellence event takes place at The Lion Suite, Lion Quays Hotel on Thursday 22nd October from 8a.m -1pm. The Expo is free to attend.
