Spent a while in Powis Hall market today talking with various traders and it's understandable that there are a range of views with respect to the re-design - because plans have been instigated many times in the past which, for one reason or another, have never come about. This tends to breed an understandable cynicism.
My own concern is that the re-design is only part of the puzzle for Powis Hall. The traders themselves now have a great range of goods and service on offer and the question is how best to present that to the buying public.
The re-design will, I'm sure bring up issues of signage and so on. Not only on site, but the promotion in and around the town.
Be very interesting what happens next.
Shall be watching like a hawk. :)
