The Unicorn School in Abingdon is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year and to mark the children’s amazing talents this very special exhibition at the North Wall Arts Centre in Oxford has been organised as part of their theme for the year, ‘Be Inspired …’
Whilst children who attend The Unicorn may have difficulties with reading and writing this does not hamper their creativity, on the contrary this is an area where many of the children can excel compared to their contemporaries in mainstream education.
This very special exhibition will not only give you the opportunity to see the children’s amazing art work, but they will also be showing their art alongside other established dyslexic artists from the top English Art Colleges.
So come along and ‘Be Inspired …’ by their amazing talents!
All profits from the sale of the children’s work will go to The Unicorn School Bursary Fund.
The exhibition takes place at The North Wall Arts Centre, South Parade, Oxford OX2 7NN; from Wednesday 21st September to Friday 30th September 2011 and is open Mon - Sat 11am - 4pm
