This is a great club. The owners and staff stive very hard to please the members. Improvements to the course are continually being made and the greens are the best in Oxfordshire, equalled only by those at Huntercombe.

jack fm is a good station as well locally because it has a real mixture of songs, jack fm and fox definitely the best 2 local stations around as both are different, jack humorous, but fox also fun!

The first time I stood on the 18th tee at Studley Wood it was a beautiful summers day and I was completely blown away by the panorama before me. I could easily have been playing the best of Spain or Portugal. The course never fails to challenge, the clubhouse is friendly (and not in the least bit stuffy (like some I could mention))and you can even get a decent pint. Love it !

Since retiring in 2009 i have been a member at Studley and have been very impressed by the Staff being so helpful at ALL TIMES whether in the clubhouse or on the Course, nothing is too much trouble.
The course is always in good condition and importantly always seems to be improving no matter the weather ! The greens are certainly the best in Oxfordshire and I suspect one the best in England and a key feature of the course. With the Members considered as the most important to the Club their is still ample room for visitors and Societies and are welcomed in the 19th hole with excellent food and a well stocked bar area. Finally the upstairs room is used for major entertainment events and society dining which overlooks the course on a lovely view particularly on the balcony.
All in all a very good Golf Club which does Ken and his staff proud in the way everyone pulls together to look after its customers.
