She prepares a wide variety of eggs to suit all tastes , including of course children, together with a range of inclusion eggs, depending on your (oh no not you, your recipients!) tastes, dried raspberries, strawberries or hazelnuts can be added.
A must is the Rocky Road Egg a delight with marshmallows or the Rocky Mountain Egg! a chocolate mountain! with a chocolate egg in the middle!
Ideal for children are the Chicken eggs priced at £5.95, chocolate bunnies and Easter lollies at £1.25.
Emily has created Solid Chocolate Spotty Eggs and even Faberge Eggs.
he piste de resistance, however, is a glamorous egg worth around £100 and this being raffled. So pay £1 for a raffle ticket and you could well be going home with this wonderful egg which weighs around 2.5 kilos and has a chocolate Bird and small eggs nested within in it. It looks amazing! It is pictured left below.
