CWTCH aims to provide information and support to suit the needs of the younger adult going through the difficulties of being involved with chronic health conditions.
They listen to the young people and help members build their confidence and regain a self of belonging.
The charity helps the young people meet other young people with similar conditions. they can chat with people who understand and can empathise. it allows them to share experiences in a confidetial and safe enviornment. they can look forward to plenty of actitivities and days out with family and friend.
